We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 3 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:
MDF ART INDIA offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
You'll have to submit box opening Video on firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsAap +91 9824246963 - If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 48 Hrs from the Time of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.
In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store within Six months.
The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
